Secondary market: People who are curious of video game history
Competition: Two competitors in the market that should be noted, “Arcade Mania” and “The Ultimate History of Video Games”. Arcade Mania deals with arcades in Japan while the latter book deals with specific games that affect the industry. What our book tries to do is to chronologically tell the history of video games.
Design Challenge: To have an easy navigation throughout the book without leaving the reader confused, and still have a great design.
Visual Tone (adjectives or identify series it is to coordinate with): Using a lot of square shapes from how the images are layed out to the text in the grid, it’s important that this theme remains constant. For colors, vibrant colors that have a great contrast against background is encouraged.
